|Recommended: NoMelaine is an extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful property manager who has no business dealing with residents or prospective tenants if this is how she conducts herself. She constantly yells, hangs up on people, and refuses to communicate respectfully or professionally. What is especially concerning is the handling of application fees when applicants are denied. Taking money from people who have been denied without clearly explaining the charges or providing proper accountability is unacceptable. Management needs to investigate these complaints, review her conduct, and seriously reconsider whether she should remain in her position. Nobody should have to deal with this level of disrespect simply because they are applying for an apartment or asking legitimate questions.

|Recommended: YesBest apartment I’ve stayed in so far — The lodge is definitely one of the best apartments I’ve been to and stayed at it’s quiet and peaceful compared to other apartments in Columbus where you have the local car groups turning the street in front of your complex into a drag strip at 3 am in the morning I’m so happy I don’t have to deal with that here and my neighbors are pretty nice also and to top everything off management and maintenance are absolutely amazing

Melanie runs a tight ship with a firm hand that is guided with love and passion for The Work The negative rumors that sometimes circulate about this area are not true. This is a peaceful community with a great mix of retirees military with neighbors that truly lookout for one another.
