Communication is always clear, concise and timely. Work orders are always addressed consistently and promptly. Melanie runs a tight ship with a firm hand that is guided with love and passion for The Work The negative rumors that sometimes circulate about this area are not true. This is a peaceful community with a great mix of retirees military with neighbors that truly lookout for one another.
